Adam N. Levitsky
Adam Levitsky joined the firm in 2018 following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Benjamin C. Telsey, Assignment Judge for Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties. During his clerkship, Mr. Levitsky was responsible for reviewing motions and making recommendations to the Judge regarding their disposition. He conducted research and drafted legal memoranda on matters including cross-vicinage motions for consolidation, actions in lieu of prerogative writ, and municipal land use litigation. Mr. Levitsky also served as a court-trained mediator, assisting parties in the settlement of Special Civil Part cases.
Mr. Levitsky graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Boston College Law School in 2017. While attending law school, he served as an articles editor for the Boston College Law Review. Mr. Levitsky was also a member of the Boston College Law School Prosecution Clinic and authorized to appear in Massachusetts District Court. He presented oral arguments on behalf of the Commonwealth on numerous pre-trial motions, including motions to dismiss criminal charges and motions to suppress evidence. In addition, Mr. Levitsky completed internships with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office and the Philadelphia law firm of Dugan, Brinkmann, Maginnis and Pace.
Mr. Levitsky is a member of the property coverage team at Methfessel & Werbel and practices under the direction of Stephen Katzman.
