Alicia C. Gres
Alicia Gres joined the firm following a successful clerkship at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Somerset County. Ms. Gres clerked in both the Law Division and Chancery Divisions for the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone, A.J.S.C., Honorable Thomas C. Miller, P.J.Cv., Honorable Kevin M. Shanahan, J.S.C., and Honorable Edward Coleman, J.S.C. An experienced mediator, Ms. Gres handled small claims, landlord tenant, and family part disputes throughout her clerkship.
A graduate of New York Law School, Ms. Gres was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar, as well as a member of New York Law School Law Review. Ms. Gres served on the Dean’s Leadership Council facilitating dialogue with the Dean and top city leaders in law, business, and government. Ms. Gres also contributed to the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund as Secretary during her time at New York Law.
While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Gres completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni, U.S.M.J. at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Gres interned for Congressman Rush Holt where she was a liaison for various constituents and government agencies. Ms. Gres also interned at the New Jersey General Assembly, where she worked for Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli.
