Kurt N. Campanile
Kurt Campanile joined the firm in 2015, following a clerkship with the Honorable Linda Grasso Jones, J.S.C. of the Monmouth County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. He attended Rutgers School of Law-Newark, where he graduated cum laude, while receiving the class award for excellence in the study of health care law.
During his clerkship, Mr. Campanile’s primary responsibility included drafting motion orders relating to alimony, child support, custody, parenting time, and other contested matrimonial issues. Mr. Campanile also researched legal issues, prepared tentative orders, and mediated family law and small claim disputes.
During law school, Mr. Campanile worked as a summer associate for University Hospital in Newark, NJ as part of their in house counsel. While there, Mr. Campanile assisted General Counsel in the preparation of merger and transition documents in addition to providing research and review of several new policies and procedures. Mr. Campanile also worked as a legal extern for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey’s in house counsel team, a judicial extern to the Honorable Ellen J. Koblitz, J.A.D. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and a summer associate for the Delaware Counsel Group LLP, a specialized business law firm.
At Rutgers, Mr. Campanile served as an Articles Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter journal. Mr. Campanile was also a member of the Rutgers Business Law Review journal as well as Phi Delta Phi, a legal honor society. Mr. Campanile previously attended Gettysburg College, where he studied Business Management and Political Science.
Mr. Campanile is currently part of the firm’s Liability Defense team, and works under the direction of William Bloom.
