Employment litigation against private employers was the fastest growing area of our practice in the 1990s, as employees began availing themselves of causes of action based on the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. Our firm began representing these employers individually, as well as through coverages afforded by the Employers Liability Section of Workers Compensation policies and new insurance products such as Employment Practices Liability Coverage.
