Mediation & Arbitration
We have extensive experience in representing clients in all ADR venues, as well as in acting as mediators or arbitrators. We recognize that a successful mediation requires a proactive role akin to successful litigation but is very useful when seeking to avoid the expense, publicity, delay and uncertainty of a decision by a judge or a jury, and it is a tool we use frequently to assist our clients in resolving disputes.
