Ms. McCullough joined Methfessel and Werbel in August 2019. She graduated from Rutgers University, cum laude, in 2005. Ms. McCullough graduated from Widener Law School in 2008 with the honor of pro bono distinction. While in law school she interned at the Camden County Prosecutor’s office. Following law school, Ms. McCullough served as law clerk to The Honorable Craig L. Wellerson, P.J.Cv., in Ocean County. As a law clerk, she worked alongside Judge Wellerson doing legal research, participating in settlement and case management conferences and preparing legal decisions for a variety of civil litigation matters.

Ms. McCullough began her career practicing in the area of product liability litigation, where she defended the manufacturers of products ranging from sport utility vehicles to industrial equipment. Prior to joining Methfessel and Werbel, Ms. McCullough worked at a law firm in Toms River defending state agencies, municipalities, and police departments in Superior Court and United States District Court. Ms. McCullough is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  She is a certified civil mediator and has mediated numerous civil lawsuits to resolution. At Methfessel and Werbel she continues to pursue her specialization in defense litigation on Bill Bloom’s liability defense team.
