Karishma Dhruve

Karishma Dhruve joined the firm in 2024 following a clerkship with the Honorable Natalie R. Capano, J.S.C in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage.  During her clerkship, Ms. Dhruve was responsible for managing Judge Capano’s motion calendar, researching various legal topics, and recommending dispositions for pending motions.  She also served as a certified civil mediator, assisting in the settlement of small claims and landlord-tenant dispute.

Ms. Dhruve graduated from The University of Baltimore School of Law in 2023. While attending law school, Ms. Dhruve served as Articles Editor of the University of Baltimore’s Law Forum and as Vice President of the International Law Society.  Ms. Dhruve also completed legal externships at the Circuit Court of Howard County, and at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General in the Organized Crime Unit.  Additionally, she worked as a legal analyst at a cyber law firm.

Ms. Dhruve assists in defense negligent matters and public entity liability as a member of Bill Bloom’s liability defense team.
