Six nurses brought separate products liability actions against manufacturers and suppliers of sterilizing solution alleged to cause respiratory problems. The Superior Court, Law Division, Middlesex County, Chambers, J., granted summary judgment for all defendants. Nurses appealed. On consolidated appeal, the Superior Court, Appellate Division, Kestin, J.A.D., held that state claims for failure to warn were preempted by Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
