Congregation member brought premises liability action against church to recover for personal injuries she suffered when, on way to church services, she tripped on raised metal grate on sidewalk abutting church. The Superior Court, Law Division, Monmouth County, granted summary judgment for church under Charitable Immunity Act. Member appealed. The Superior Court, Appellate Division, Skillman, P.J.A.D., held that member was “beneficiary, to whatever degree,” of church’s religious mission at time of her accident.
