Ed Thornton Appears on the 100th Episode of AM Best’s Insurance Law Podcast

During the interview with John Czuba, editor of Best’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys, the Methfessel & Werbel partner defines the often-misunderstood “mode of operation” rule and explains who can be held liable under this theory. He points out the practical effect the doctrine has on the parties involved and provides some examples of its application.
