May 31, 2016Gina Stanziale and Allison Koenke recently appeared on an episode of AM Best’s Insurance Law Podcast, discussing the legal basis for rescission of an automobile policy under current New Jersey law. Gina has handled coverage, automobile liability, and premises liability cases. As Co-Manager of the firm’s property team she handles the defense of both first and third party claims from institution of suit to resolution, including the appeals process. Allison specializes in the defense of liability and personal injury protection cases. She also litigates a variety of auto insurance related claims, including PIP coverage and fraud defenses. Allison regularly arbitrates PIP claims before the American Arbitration Association and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims before attorney arbitration panels. The law of policy rescission has played a major role in the development of coverage defenses to first and third party auto-related claims.
