Construction Injury Litigation
Our firm has been involved in some of the largest construction cases in the state. We review and evaluate each construction file with the aim of assessing exposure and establishing a litigation plan. This individualized litigation plan may call for the mobilization of a full defense or participation on little more than a monitoring basis, depending upon the relative exposure. In either case we may aggressively seek alternative dispute resolution as a way of minimizing the client’s expenses. We also may seek conflict waivers from multiple defendants in an attempt to pool the defense costs and assist the company in maximizing the efficiency of the defense.
