Holly Renshaw joined the firm in 2025 after working in multiple areas of practice including corporate law, municipal law, employment law, real estate law, and criminal defense. Ms. Renshaw began her legal career in 2023 as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Christopher R. Kazlau, J.S.C., in Bergen County Superior Court, Criminal Division.

Ms. Renshaw graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Alabama in 2020 before going on to study at Seton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Renshaw completed an internship with the Honorable Michael A. Petrolle, J.S.C in Essex County Superior Court, Criminal Division. Ms. Renshaw expanded her knowledge in criminal and civil defense while working at the Law Offices of Robert J. DeGroot from 2021 through 2023. Ms. Renshaw also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Angela Carmella where she prepared Property course material on zoning and land use and conducted research on The Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act.

Ms. Renshaw works under the direction of Eric Harrison and Gina Stanziale.
