John M. Martin

John Martin joined the firm in 2024 following a clerkship with the Honorable Lara K. DiFabrizio, J.S.C.  in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union Vicinage.  During his clerkship, Mr. Martin was responsible for the management of Judge DiFabrizio’s motion calendar, researching various legal topics, recommending disposition of pending motions, calculating child support awards, and conducting parenting time mediations.  He also served as a certified civil mediator, assisting parties in the settlement of small claims disputes.

Mr. Martin graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023.  While attending law school, Mr. Martin was a member of the Health Justice Clinic, assisting clients in Landlord/Tenant disputes.  Mr. Martin also completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Lara K. DiFabrizio, J.S.C.  in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union Vicinage, prior to securing his clerkship.

Mr. Martin is a member of the general liability team at Methfessel & Werbel and practices under the direction of Paul J. Endler.
