Erin Galardi earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2024 and holds a Master of Education (2003, magna cum laude) and Bachelor of Arts (2002, cum laude) from Rutgers University.
She began her professional career in education at Bergen Community College, where she oversaw alternate route teacher education programming. She went on to gain extensive experience across both K–12 and higher education settings, including serving as an elementary school teacher, teaching college-level writing courses, and working as a Grants Specialist within William Paterson University’s College of Education, where she helped to secure funding to support under-resourced districts in enhancing math and science education.
Leveraging her extensive background in education, Ms. Galardi concentrates her legal practice in education law, with a focus on administrative matters involving special education disputes, due process proceedings, and student discipline. Her practice also includes employment law and discrimination and civil rights matters. She is a member of Methfessel & Werbel’s Civil Rights and Employment Practices Group, working under the direction of Eric L. Harrison.
