Shaji Eapen is an accomplished litigator with a diverse range of experience handling all types of cases. He has successfully litigated various types of claims in New Jersey and New York. He focuses his practice on matters involving professional liability defense (including lawyers, insurance producers, accountants, architects/engineers, mortgage brokers, title/escrow agents, real estate agents/brokers and home inspectors), complex civil litigation and insurance coverage disputes. He also has successfully handled cyber liability claims/breaches, environmental, employment, construction defects, commercial litigation, bodily injury and property damage claims.

He has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer every year since 2015 and was named a New Jersey Rising Star from 2012 to 2014.  Recently, he was recognized in the 2020-2023 issues of “Best Lawyers in America” for his work in Professional Malpractice Law – Defendants.
