Zurab Maisuradze

Zurab Maisuradze joined the firm in April of 2025. Mr. Maisuradze had worked as an associate attorney at his previous firm, where he focused on municipal ligation, public records compliance, and general civil practice. In that role, Mr. Maisuradze drafted legal motions, conducted legal research, and attended and argued at oral arguments.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Maisuradze served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel Roberts, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union Vicinage. As a law clerk, he was responsible for researching criminal, municipal appeal, and Megan’s Law issues, preparing legal memoranda, and managing the court’s calendar. He was also trained as a certified civil mediator and facilitated the resolution of small claims disputes.
While in law school, Mr. Maisuradze was a student attorney in the Deportation Defense Clinic at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he successfully represented an asylum client in removal proceedings. In that role, he conducted legal research, drafted immigration briefs, and appeared in court on behalf of his client.
Mr. Maisuradze earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law in 2023, where he served as President of the National Lawyers Guild. He is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice (B.S., cum laude) and Kingsborough Community College (A.S.).
Mr. Maisuradze is a member of the firm’s general liability team and practices under the direction of William Bloom.
