Vittoria A. Sculco

Vittoria Sculco joined the firm in 2024 following a clerkship with the Honorable Anthony R. Suarez, J.S.C. in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage. During her clerkship, Ms. Sculco was responsible for managing Judge Suarez’s motion calendar, researching various legal topics, and recommending disposition of pending motions. She also served as a certified civil mediator, assisting in the settlement of small claims and landlord tenant disputes.

Ms. Sculco graduated from Rutgers Law School – Newark in 2023. While attending law school, Ms. Sculco gained experience as a clinical law student in the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic where she represented incapacitated individuals in Court throughout the guardianship application process. Ms. Sculco also completed an externship with the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and was selected to participate in the Professor Alfred A. Slocum Social Justice Internship with the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice during her tenure at Rutgers Law School.

Ms. Sculco completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2019, majoring in English and double minoring in Philosophy and Political Science.

Ms. Sculco is a member of Methfessel & Werbel’s Employment Practices group under the direction of Eric L. Harrison. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of employment law, education law, public entity law, discrimination and civil rights.
