Joseph C. Falk

Joseph C. Falk joined Methfessel & Werbel in August 2024. Joe has extensive experience in public entity law, litigating and advising clients on public meetings, procurement issues, contract negotiations, property acquisition, public records, and land use issues.  Prior to joining Methfessel & Werbel, Joe worked in South Jersey firms specializing in general civil litigation, public entity law, land use, commercial transactions, and municipal law. Joe is also certified as a New Jersey State Mediator under New Jersey Court Rule 1:40.

Joe works on M&W’s Civil Rights and Employment Law team.
