Nicolette Rubel joined Methfessel & Werbel in September 2025 following interning with the firm in 2024.

Ms. Rubel graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2025. While attending law school, Ms. Rubel served as Co-Chair of Seton Hall Law’s Mock Trial Board. Additionally, Ms. Rubel competed in Seton Hall Law’s Eugene Gressman Appellate Moot Court Competition. Ms. Rubel was also a research assistant to Dean Andrea Cascarano.

Ms. Rubel graduated from Seton Hall University in 2022, majoring in diplomacy and international relations with a minor in Asian studies. During her time as an undergraduate, Ms. Rubel performed as a professional ballet artist and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas M. Moore.

Ms. Rubel is a member of Eric Harrison’s civil rights, education, and employment defense group & Bill Bloom’s liability defense team.
